Witness Justice Web Site Advertisement Schedule and Policy

The Witness Justice (WJ) Web site has enjoyed a substantial national audience since its launch in 2002. Now, with years of growth, new programs and services, expanded Web content and a new Web design, and ongoing national media attention, the WJ Web site is one of the most frequented victim and trauma resources on the internet, with over 150,000 hits each month. Visitors to the site spend an average of about 10 minutes browsing and downloading content, providing our online advertisers with a cost-effective way to reach millions of potential customers each year.

Since the proceeds generated through online advertising go back into programs and services for survivors, advertising on the WJ site can not only increase your bottom line — it also represents a unique opportunity to demonstrate your corporate stewardship.

Sponsorship of Web Content Sections

Corporations can benefit tremendously through an issue or brand association with one or more sections of the Witness Justice Web site. By sponsoring the development of one or more areas of the WJ Web site, corporations can receive long-term, high-profile recognition through strategic banner ad placement or naming rights to the section. Web content sponsorship begins at $5,000 for sub-pages and ranges to $50,000 for major sections of the site. Sponsorship agreements are tailored on an individual basis to meet your goals and objectives.

Fee Schedule for Link Placement

Corporate sponsors also have the opportunity to place a link to their Web site on WJ's highly trafficked Links Page for a fee of only $50 per 6-month period or $85 per 12-month period. Corporate sponsor links are prominently displayed in their own section of the Links Page, with brief explanatory text to publicize your business and drive customers to your front door. Links Page visitors will also see that you truly care about crime victims by supporting WJ in this way.

Advertising Policy

WJ accepts advertising on its Web site as a means of generating funds for operational expenses and new program support. WJ reserves the right to refuse any advertising it determines to be inappropriate or not a good fit with the WJ mission. Witness Justice assumes no responsibility or liability with regard to advertisers' products, programs, services, claims, or practices.

Those interested in purchasing banner space on the WJ Web site are required to submit the banner for review, prior to the initiation of a contract. A contract between the advertiser and Witness Justice must be established before the banner is placed on the site.

Advertisers may request, in writing, to have their banner removed from the site prior to the end of the contract, and WJ will accommodate such requests in a timely manner. However, the full contract fee will remain applicable. Advertisers wanting to alter or switch ad banners mid-contract will be billed a $50 administrative fee, per occurrence, to do so.
