Witness Justice recognizes that survivors often encounter spiritual struggles in the aftermath of violence. The National Prayer Group for Survivors was established in 2006 to provide victims an opportunity to share prayer concerns and engage faith communities and volunteers in offering support through prayer. This is a multi-denominational effort to foster positive prayer and meditation to fulfill a need expressed by so many survivors.
The prayer request program is also open to friends, family members, first responders, service providers, and other allies that may have a personal prayer request or may wish to share one on behalf of a survivor of violence.
If you would like to participate by requesting a prayer, please complete the prayer form below. Remember that you are not alone, and that many have come together to support your needs and concerns with prayer. You can offer your real name, a virtual name, or no name at all. You may share as much or as little as you like. Your concern will receive prayer and positive reflection by caring volunteers.
