Poetry and writing, in general, can be therapeutic for survivors and their loved ones, providing a means to explore feelings, share thoughts, and express powerful emotions in a positive way. There are no requirements or restrictions with regard to length, format, or style. However, only authors or legal "owners" are permitted to submit material. Witness Justice reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if and when to post any and all submissions, based on appropriateness, potentially offensive language or content, and other criteria as determined by Witness Justice.
Any and all submissions to Witness Justice are considered part of the public domain. Witness Justice must assume that all submissions are free from copyright protection or other restrictions to use. Witness Justice cannot be held liable for reuse, reprinting, copyright infringement, or any other violation by any party.
